Mezcal is a handmade product that begins with something wonderful

The mezcal begins its great tour through the mixteca mountain poblana.

Appreciating the work of the people who live making this product we have come to discover great medicinal properties.

Different types of maguey give result to very original mixes to mention some is the "tobala" a type of very special maguey from which you get an excellent distillate

Getting to have a texture of flavors, and very different sensations mainly indescribable

Our team had the opportunity to meet a community called "ZOYATLA" where different people make all kinds of unique mezcales and each of the producers get to hide "leather of beef" that has a unique creamy flavor

Later following a path between the hills we see another cominity called "the shipyard" where mezcal is priduce with another touch of originality

Here in the shipyard have excelled in the "fair of mezcal" organized in another community mezcalera to 2 hours called

"San diego la meza" its mezcal winner of our producers of the shipyard is the mezcal "breast" named for adding ham serrano distilling the pineapple of the maguey

In the surroundings of these large communities there is a great biodiversity of plants in the hills arriving to find medicinal plants with great properties

Of which we have achieved very favorable results to Mexcalr these two great qualities of the mixteca poblana

Soon present the presentations of the macerations with mezcal and median plants

Its use aside from being ludic is medicinal. The surprising thing about this is that it can be made with various liquors known as vodka or wiskey
